Childe eyewear offers a lifetime warranty for all defective eyewear products.
We do not cover normal wear and tear including scratched lenses or damage from abuse or mishandling.
We do offer replacement lenses and frames on request at a very reasonable cost.
Warranty claims must be submitted to email@example.com with a proof of purchase and details of the claim including a photo of the issue.
Childe reserves the right to authorise and approve all warranty claims.
Childe will issue you an RA number and return details instructions for your warranty claim.
Your personal details including phone number and email with the RA number must be displayed clearly on the return box.
We will replace or refund your Childe as soon as possible.
