The Komodo is a wild unique butterfly mask sunglass. A flamboyant alternative to the traditional cat eye shape.
I dare say though the Komodo is a superior fit to a lot of cat eye shapes as the wider lens depth makes it more “wear-able” (dare I say it)
This is a stunning sunglass that screams head turning special occasions - birthdays, engagements, weddings and festivals.
Originally we designed the Komodo as an acetate frame with inspiration coming from the 1950’s sunglass era.
We were showing the supplier the drawing who then suggested he’d like to show me what it looked like as a single lens mask.
When we received the sample it was WILD and we were like WOW so we just had to do it.
You can still see the 1950’s detailing in the temples.

This is the alternative we choose as opposed to crude oil based polyamide.
