We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders placed on full priced items.
Orders will be sent within 1 business day via Express Post (Australia) or DHL Express (New Zealand + rest of world.) You will receive tracking details via email.
Transit times vary and can be estimated once your item has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 3 days processing during sale and peak periods.
Please note that orders shipped outside of Australia may incur additional import taxes and duties relevant to your home country. Childe is not responsible for these so please be aware of possible charges.
We want you to love your CHILDE but if somethings not right you may return your eyewear within 14 days for a refund.
Proof of purchase with an explanation or photo of the issue must be submitted to customer service firstname.lastname@example.org for an RA number
CHILDE reserves the right to authorise and approve all warranty claims.
To return your CHILDE -
Firstly please advise us of the issue or your return to our customer service email@example.com for an RA (return authority) number
Childe will issue you an RA number for your return or warranty claim
Return shipping costs are covered by you, the sender.
The CHILDE Eyewear and packaging must be in 100% condition for a full refund.
Please return the product with your full contact details displayed including name, address, phone number and the lucky RA number
We will refund or replace your CHILDE as soon as possible.
