I feel like we've lost our cultural influencers to drive new style these last few years in progressive Sydney. Our style seems a little less progressive as our reputation precedes it to be. Perhaps its due to the obvious lockdowns but it is damn refreshing to see someone appear with a new take on style.

Susanna or "Emi" is how she is known to her Aussie mates, recently landed in Bondi from Finland. She might just be the most interestingly stylish lady to arrive on Aussie shores in recent history. All class and attitude with a creative flair and an eye for detail in front of and behind the camera. She walks to her own drum and that is incredibly refreshing.

What song gets you fired up in the morning?
Anything from Jimmy Hendrix

Where are you from originally?
Finland

What do you love about your hometown?
How quiet it is. The older i get the more I appreciate it.

What star sign are you and how does it define your persona?
I'm a cancer and i cry a lot, mostly for no reason.

What brings you to the shiny shores of Bondi Beach?
Lot of my friends are living here so i thought to try it out. It's cute but little bit too busy for me.

What do you love about Sydney or Australia?
Weather and people. Everyone is so friendly in here warms my heart.

Favourite Aussie slang or quote?
You fucken Dog.

We love your style and vibe. How would you describe your personal style?
I don't wear much colours. I love leather jackets and headscarfs.

What decade influencers you from the 60’s through to the 90’s?
80's when mullets where hot.

I see you always have good boots on like a boss. What is your favourite fashion accessory?
Head scarfs and sunglasses!

I love Jesse Jo Stark

What is your passion creatively - Are you an artist, writer, musician, photographer?
I take photos.

Tell us about your photography?
I mostly just shoot my friends for fun and try to create something cool and have fun with it. I'm still learning and just trying new things.

3 favourite locations on the planet?
I don't think I have been at my favourite ones yet but for now I would say: My boyfriend's van in whatever location we decide to sleep, My family home in Finland and I have beautiful memories in Sherman Oaks in LA.

Does life exist on Mars?
Of course.

Coffee always

Cocktail of the month?
I'm not really a cocktail person so I say Spicy Margarita.

Your boyfriend has a cool sunglass brand too whats that brand called?
It's called Chiodo specs. ❤️

Any life tips or hacks to live by for 2022
I'm simple person and i don't need much so I would say travel as much as you can and eat good food.
