If you decide to return your CHILDE, they must be returned to us within 21 days of purchase for us to provide your refund.
Clearance sale items cannot be returned unless there is a fault with the product.
Products must be returned in the original packaging and the same condition as when you first received your CHILDE.
You will need to notify your return to Childe customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can offer you an RA number and return details in an email.
The RA number and your contact details must be displayed clearly on the return box. A copy of the proof of purchase should also be inclusive.
We will refund your returned CHILDE as soon as possible.
